Decision

           On November 7, 2019, a duly scheduled video conference trial regarding this claim was conducted before me at Sing Sing Correctional Facility. Defendant, State of New York, appeared by Assistant Attorney General Dorothy M. Keogh. Claimant, however, failed to appear. Claimant's nonappearnce for trial was occasioned by his failure to follow the Rules of the Court of Claims notifiying the Court that he had been released from custofy and providing his updated address. Accordingly, pursuant to Court of Claims Act 19 (3), 22 NYCRR 206.6 (f) and 22 NYCRR 206.15 and on the Court's own motion, it is hearby

ORDERED that the Claim No. 129493 is dismissed.
