Decision

Claimant's motion to dismiss defendant's counterclaim, returnable March 21, 2018, is denied.

This matter was scheduled for trial on February 27, 2018 and adjourned, at the claimant's request, to March 14, 2018. Claimant failed to appear for trial on March 14, 2018 and defendant's motion for a default judgment on its counterclaim in the sum of $1,824.46 was granted from the bench and thereafter memorialized by Order dated March 16, 2018, entered in the Office of the Clerk of the Court of Claims on March 23, 2018. Accordingly, claimant's motion is denied as moot.
